Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an update as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
